Privacy
What happens to your information.
Contact form
The form prepares an email draft in your browser. Your name, email address, selected services and message are not sent to a form server or stored persistently by the website.
You can open the prepared draft in Gmail on the web, Outlook on the web or your configured email application. The details are passed to your chosen service or application only when you click its link. You review and send the message there yourself. Preparing a draft on the website does not mean that a message has been sent.
Copying and email
The copy function writes the prepared text to your clipboard only after you click it. If you actually send the email, Miloš Komazec receives the information you choose to send. Processing by your email application and email provider takes place outside this form.
Browser preferences
The website saves your manually selected motion preference as “mk-motion” and your analytics choice as “mk-analytics-consent” in your browser’s localStorage. These settings apply to that browser and contain no contact-form details. You can change them using the relevant controls or remove them by clearing the website’s stored data.
Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is used to understand page visits and use of the contact options. Analytics is optional: before you consent, the website loads no Google Analytics scripts and sends no analytics requests or consent-free measurement signals to Google. If you decline, analytics stays off and all portfolio and contact features remain available.
Only after you accept may GA4 set analytics cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_*” and process technical usage data. The integration does not use Google Signals or advertising personalization; consent for advertising storage, advertising user data and personalized advertising remains denied. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.
Google privacy policyAnalytics provider and legal basis
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Optional analytics is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storing and accessing analytics cookies is based on your consent under Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).
You can withdraw consent at any time for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it was withdrawn (Article 7(3) GDPR).
General Data Protection RegulationEvents that are measured
With consent, “page_view” is recorded once per loaded document. The page address sent contains only the domain and path, without URL parameters or fragment identifiers. The referrer sent contains only the referring origin or an empty value. The selected website language is included as “site_language”.
“contact_intent” records the chosen contact action as a fixed category: phone, email link, Gmail, Outlook, email application or copying. “contact_draft_prepared” records only that a draft was prepared. Neither event confirms that a message was sent or received. Your name, email address, selected services, message and full contact link are not sent to analytics.
Accepting, declining and withdrawing consent
You can accept or decline analytics using equally prominent buttons in the choice panel. Analytics settings in the website footer let you reopen your choice and withdraw previously given consent at any time.
Withdrawal disables analytics, saves your choice as declined and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. The page then reloads so that previously loaded Google code cannot keep running. This does not retroactively delete data already sent to Google Analytics.
Locally served fonts
Font files are delivered with the portfolio. Loading them does not call an external font library.
Hosting
The website is delivered through Sites/OpenAI hosting. The hosting service processes technical connection data needed to deliver the site. This processing is separate from optional GA4 analytics.
